A short walk takes you to restaurants, shops, nature reserve, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, indoor riding arena, minigolf, doctors, bank, bakery, butcher, the village centre and naturally the Zeller Lake. Fresh bread and breakfast are available on request.
The "Areitbahn" cable car taking you up to the beautiful ski and hiking area "Schmittenhöhe" is 400 m away. The bus stop is right outside the door. Free parking available.
